Job Description
Provide legal advice and support to the company in all legal matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance issues.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a legal database to ensure accurate and efficient management of legal documents and information.
Monitor and report on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations.
Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters and compliance issues.
Perform other legal duties as required by the company.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in commercial law and litigation.
Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
