Job Description
  • Provide legal advice and support to the company in all legal matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance issues.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a legal database to ensure accurate and efficient management of legal documents and information.
  • Monitor and report on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters and compliance issues.
  • Perform other legal duties as required by the company.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in commercial law and litigation.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
